Ultrasonic technology

Ultrasonic technology in textile production involves the use of high-frequency sound waves to bond or cut materials without the need for needles, threads, or heat. This method allows for precise, seamless joins and cuts, enhancing the strength and durability of the finished products.

The mechanism works as follows: polyester fibers are loaded into the machine, combed to add softness and fluffiness, and then, under high temperatures, evenly laid out into a layer of nonwoven fabric and 'baked' to bond the fibers together. They can have different thicknesses and weights (density).
